Information from Third Parties

  • Channel Managers and OTAs: Reservation and guest data synced from platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb when you connect these channels.
  • Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation data from payment service providers such as Stripe.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and Maintain Services: Operate the PMS platform, process reservations, manage channel integrations, and deliver core functionality.
  • Process Payments: Handle subscription billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
  • Improve Our Services: Analyze usage patterns, identify bugs, and develop new features based on user behavior and feedback.
  • Communications: Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, account updates), and with your consent, marketing communications about product updates and tips.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: Detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and other security threats.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Services (hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support tools) under strict data processing agreements.
  • Channel Partners: With OTAs and booking channels you have connected, solely to facilitate reservation synchronization.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. After account closure:

  • Account data is retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted from active systems.
  • Backup data is purged within 60 days of account closure.
  • Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
